7. How to Request Your Data Export

You can request a complete copy of all your data stored on MartSpace. The export includes:

Shipping addresses and payment methods
Subscriptions and credits

Steps to Request Data Export:

Log in to your MartSpace account
Navigate to Settings → Privacy
Scroll to the "Export Your Data" section
Click "Request Data Export"
Your request will be reviewed by our admin team (typically within 7 business days)
Once approved, you'll receive a download link via email
The export file will be available for 30 days

Note: You can only make one export request per week. The export is provided in JSON format and includes all your data in a structured format.

8. How to Request Account Deletion

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your data, products, orders, and account history.

Steps to Request Account Deletion:

Log in to your MartSpace account
Navigate to Settings → Privacy
Scroll to the "Delete Your Account" section
Click "Request Account Deletion"
Review the warning message and confirm your request
Your request will be reviewed by our admin team
Once approved, your account will be permanently deactivated
All your personal data will be marked as deleted

What Happens When Your Account is Deleted:

Your account will be immediately deactivated
You will no longer be able to log in
All your personal information will be marked as deleted
Your product listings will be removed from public view
Active orders may be cancelled (depending on order status)
Your data will be retained for legal/compliance purposes for a limited period, then permanently deleted

Before Deleting: We recommend exporting your data first if you want to keep a copy. You can cancel a deletion request while it's pending admin review.

9. Request Processing Timeline

Request Submitted

You submit your export or deletion request through Settings

Admin Review

Our admin team reviews your request (typically within 7 business days)

Request Processed

For exports: Download link sent. For deletions: Account deactivated

Note: You can cancel a pending request at any time before it's approved. If your request is rejected, you'll receive a reason and can submit a new request.
