Account & Data Deletion – Martspace

Users of the Martspace app may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. This page provides information about how to request account deletion and what data will be deleted.

How to Request Deletion

Please email privacy@martspace.co with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include:

Registered email address or phone number
Company name (if applicable)
Any additional information to help us verify your identity

Note: You can also request account deletion from within the Martspace app by going to Settings → Delete Your Account. However, this public page is available for users who cannot access their account or have uninstalled the app.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:

User account: Your account profile and login credentials
Profile information: Personal details, business information, and profile settings
Business listings: Product listings and company information created by you
Messages and interactions: All messages, conversations, and communication history
Associated personal data: Preferences, settings, and other user-generated content
Analytics data: Usage data and analytics associated with your account

Data Retention

Certain data may be retained if required for legal, security, or compliance purposes, including:

Transaction records required for financial reporting and tax compliance
Legal records related to disputes, claims, or investigations
Security logs and fraud prevention data
Data required to comply with applicable laws and regulations

Such data will be deleted once it is no longer required for these purposes, in accordance with applicable data retention laws.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
